   They were still on Barlow with a lead/wash/paper palette while every other
   page on the domain ran Bricolage Grotesque and the teal-violet tokens.

   That mattered more than a website inconsistency: the phone app links
   straight here for Privacy, Terms and Delete-your-account, so a customer --
   or an App Store reviewer following the deletion flow -- left the app and
   landed on a different brand.

   THE VARIABLE NAMES ARE DELIBERATELY UNCHANGED. Only the values moved. The
   140 lines of layout below reference --lead, --ink, --paper and the rest, and
   renaming them would have turned a palette swap into a rewrite of a file that
   renders the privacy policy. The names now read as roles rather than colours,
   which is what they should always have been.

   FONTS STAY SELF-HOSTED, and the original reason still stands even though the
   homepage does not honour it: these pages carry the privacy policy, and they
   should not hand every reader to a third-party font host in order to read it.
   The two Iris faces are in /fonts/iris/ alongside their licence, exactly as
   Barlow was. The blocks below are Google's own @font-face output with the src
   URLs rewritten to local copies, so the unicode-range subsetting is preserved
   rather than guessed at.
