How to switch on AI replies on WhatsApp

Open AI Brain in Endelir, choose Endelir's AI, tell it about your business and your website, try it in the preview, and switch it on. It answers customers in seconds and steps aside the moment one of your team replies.

Before you start

Your WhatsApp number is connected (how).
You are on Growth or Scale. Starter does not include AI replies.
Ten minutes to describe your business: what you sell, prices, hours, and what you want the AI never to promise.

Step by step

1 Open AI Brain Click AI Brain in the menu.
2 Choose the AI Under AI Provider Configuration, choose Use Endelir's AI (Recommended). No account or key is needed.
3 Name it Give it an AI Assistant Name: the name it uses with customers, such as "Priya from Mosorb Clinic".
4 Tell it about your business In the System Prompt, write as you would brief a new receptionist: what you do, your prices and hours, how to answer, and when to pass the chat to a person.
5 Add your website Under Knowledge Base, add your website. The AI reads it and answers from it.
6 Try it, then switch it on Ask it real customer questions in the Live Preview Simulator. When the answers are right, turn on the Master Switch and click Save Configuration.

How it works with your team

The AI answers first, in seconds, in every chat. When one of your team replies in a chat, the AI steps aside there and stays out of it until the chat is resolved or you switch the AI back on for it. The Master Switch turns it off for the whole workspace at once.

Questions

Which Endelir plans include AI replies?

Growth and Scale. Starter does not include them. See the pricing page for how many AI replies each plan includes.

Will the AI talk over my team?

No. The moment someone on your team replies in a chat, the AI stops answering in that chat, until the chat is resolved or you switch the AI back on for it.

Do I need my own AI account or API key?

No. Choose "Use Endelir's AI", which runs on Endelir's own connection. You can switch to your own key later.

What does the AI know about my business?

What you tell it in the System Prompt, and what it reads from the website you add under Knowledge Base. It answers from those, and hands over to your team when it cannot.
