How to connect your WhatsApp number to Endelir
Open Settings in Endelir, click Continue with Facebook, and follow Meta's pop-up: log in, pick or create your business, and add your number. It takes about five minutes, and you can keep the WhatsApp Business app on the same number.
Keep these ready
- Your Facebook login: the account that manages your business, or the one you will create it with.
- The phone with your business number. Meta may send it a code by SMS or a call.
- Your business name as customers should see it on WhatsApp.
- A computer with a normal browser window. Ad blockers can stop Facebook's pop-up from opening.
Step by step
- 1 Open the Connect page Log in at dashboard.endelir.com. On your dashboard, under Get started, click Connect WhatsApp. You can also go to Settings, tab WhatsApp & Meta API.
- 2 Click Continue with Facebook A Facebook window opens. Log in with the Facebook account that manages your business, and allow Endelir to connect to your WhatsApp.
- 3 Pick your business Choose your business, or create one: its name, website if you have one, and country.
- 4 Add your number If the number is on the WhatsApp Business app, choose to connect the existing app and confirm on your phone. If it is a new number, type it, choose SMS or a call, and enter the code Meta sends. Then enter the display name your customers will see.
- 5 Finish The window closes and Endelir says WhatsApp Connected via Facebook! On your dashboard, WhatsApp API now shows as Operational and the first step of Get started is ticked.
If it does not work
- 1 Nothing opens when you click Endelir shows "Facebook SDK is still loading". Wait a few seconds, switch off any ad blocker for dashboard.endelir.com, and try again.
- 2 "Connected, but your number cannot receive messages yet" The number is connected but Meta is not sending its messages to Endelir yet. The message on screen says why. Write to us and we will fix it with you.
- 3 The code never arrives Turn on international SMS and calls with your operator, or choose the voice call.
- 4 The number is already on WhatsApp Delete the WhatsApp account on it first, or connect it through the WhatsApp Business app option.
One thing to do in Meta afterwards
Meta bills you directly for the messages it charges for. Add a debit or credit card in Meta's Billing Hub for your WhatsApp account, so your messages keep going out. What a WhatsApp message costs shows the rates.

Questions
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app after connecting my number to Endelir?
Yes. When Meta asks about your number, choose to connect your existing WhatsApp Business app. Messages you send from the app and from Endelir appear in both. The app has to be version 2.24.17 or later.
Can I connect a number that is on personal WhatsApp?
Not as it is. Delete the WhatsApp account on that number first, or move it to the WhatsApp Business app and connect the app.
Why did the code from Meta never arrive?
The number must be able to receive an SMS or a call from abroad. Turn on international SMS and calls with your operator, or choose the voice call. For a landline, always choose the voice call.
Do I need a Facebook Business account before I start?
No. You need a Facebook login. If your business is not on Facebook yet, you create it inside the same pop-up.
